Schedules and records moving through one data flow

Schedules, records, and notifications sit in different places. Joining them into one flow is what this scenario is — the care operations domain modules do it, and the integration is still in progress.

The setting

With the schedule in one place, the record in another, and notifications in a third, every change to one of them becomes a person's job to mirror into the other two.

This scenario joins the three into one data flow: a call record feeding a schedule, a schedule feeding a notification.

What gets assembled

The care backend's domain modules join schedules, records, and notifications into one data flow — 34 domain modules by the repository audit.

The operations-side review happens in the operator console.

Where it stands

Running today

Call records and transcripts run today, and they are the starting point for this flow.

Still in development

The integration joining schedules, records, and notifications is in progress. The domain modules exist; the wiring is what remains.

Scoped during the deployment

Which scheduling system it connects to, and how notifications are delivered, is scoped with you deployment by deployment.

The domain modules exist and the integration joining schedules, records, and notifications is in progress. We are not saying it is deployable today.

Scoped per deployment

Not a fixed plan — we start from how you would use it and what has to be integrated, then quote from there.

Start from what is live

What runs today and what is still in development are kept separate, and you can read them that way.

The scenarios on this page are not customer stories. No organization is named or implied, and nothing here carries a customer quote or an outcome figure. Each scenario describes a deployment shape you can assemble from capabilities that exist today.

Every panel on this page is an original mockup. None of them shows a real call, a real person, or real customer data. Figures are limited to what the August 2026 repository audit counted, and IntuneLabs holds no SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR certification.
